Orders, Pricing & Payment

•All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude any applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges unless otherwise stated.
•By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
•While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing or product descriptions may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
•Acknowledgment of an order does not constitute acceptance. Order acceptance occurs only when we process your payment and ship the items.

Shipping & Delivery

•Shipping terms are FOB Origin. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
•Delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
•We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
•International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, and any additional charges imposed by their country of destination.

Returns & Refunds

•Defective or damaged products must be reported within 15 days of receipt. All returns are subject to inspection and approval by our team.
•Non-defective returns may be accepted within 30 days at our discretion. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
•Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.
•Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been inspected and approved.

Intellectual Property

•All text, images, marks, logos, compilations, data, and other content on the JT Global website are considered proprietary to NOBLE IMPORT AND EXPORT CO., LTD and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
•You may view and download content solely for personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices.
•Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of this content is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal proceedings.

Limitation of Liability & Changes

•To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
•We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
•If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
