- •JT Global is a B2B platform. To access wholesale pricing and features, you must create an account.
- •You represent that you are a business entity or an authorized representative of a business.
- •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- •We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

Orders and Pricing
- •All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice.
- •While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing or product descriptions may occur.
- •We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
- •Order acceptance occurs when we process your payment and ship the items.

Shipping and Delivery
- •Our shipping terms are FOB Origin. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- •Delivery dates are estimates only.
- •We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
- •International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees.

Returns and Refunds
- •Defective Products: Must be reported within 15 days of receipt.
- •Returns are subject to inspection and approval by our technical team.
- •Non-Defective Returns: May be accepted within 30 days at our discretion.
- •A 20% restocking fee applies. Products must be in original, unopened packaging.
